The X Small straps are made with a length of material totalling 25". We recommend these for people with very small wrists. These tend to work best for most females (especially if a 15kg barbell is being used).

The Small are made with a length of material totalling 27". These are best for people with smaller wrists. These tend to work best for females with larger wrists and men with smaller wrists.

The Medium straps are made with a length of material totalling 29". These tend to work best for most men. SOLD OUT
